Hi Rudedog - Schwab shows 4,363 contracts traded today for SUXAN.o with a low of $7 1/8 and high of $10 1/4. The open interest is 12,196 contracts. I believe there are three exchanges that trade these options, Chicago, American, and Pacific. Schwab always quotes the "best bid" and "best ask".

On occasions for thinly traded options, I have to ask Schwab to send my order to a specific exchange. For larger orders, they will run my order (by a human) directly to the floor trader.

I have had good order execution with Schwab but I hear the Brown & Co. has better prices and fast order execution.
