how does the deal look to a nok shareholder??? i know over at the q thread they are thrilled..i own both stocks...just curious to the nok's take on it..

Are you saying Nokia management would sign-off on a deal that is bad for shareholders? That "smart money" knows more about the issues than Nokia management? I don't think so.
