Yeah, it's funny to watch the lemmings run.

Kinda sad.....if we fell below 90 I'll back up the truck and buy.

I've done it in the past a number of times. It's just too hard to pass up!

Dear PMS, Yes, they use the same old lines, and so do other companies. Recently, I read an EMC report that even broke the competition into categories and named their competitors. The EMC Report was probably a year-end report.

All the companies do it because they have to protect themselves from shareholder lawsuits (if they don't meet earnings) and from the SEC.

Professional analysts know these lines are standard fare in SEC Reports. I feel shortsellers used the standard text to drive CSCO's price down because we have option expirations this Friday.

Commission may be misguided, noting that the remarks represent a
standard warning regularly issued by the company each quarter."
