The way I understand it is the MMs have to fill the size of the bid or ask and the rest is optional. Problem they got with small floats is they do not have an inventory. Now the volume is dropping and the price is still heading North. Since 12-7-199 the volume has increased to a three day absolute high and then the volume falls off drastically and the price is going up. Now what do you think. MMs have no shares and apparently short and are not willing to try and short it down. I bet the TA is unbelieveable for the upside.
