Chief, Today was the worst I have seen it. We are expecting clarification from the TSE on what happened to the CCDF today and we are not expecting it happen again. We have noticed that during the 1st minute or so of trading when the TSE cycles through all the stocks and sends out all the orders that have been matched up before the market, that the CCDF will fall behind. It usually catches up right away. So what we think is RT is actually delayed by up to 45 sec-1 minute in many cases. Email me or the webmaster when you see this. We'd like to investigate.
