It means that CPQ will have 41 million shares of CMGI worth over $100.00 per share that will double again in 2000 thereby giving CPQ over 8 billion $$$ worth of CMGI which will cover the entire purchase price of DEC making the ownership in AV, the cash rec'd in the DEC deal, and the cash rec'd in the AV deal >PURE SWEET ICING ON A WELL-DECORTED CAKE! CaChing!!!! Rosen made a very wise deal!!! I think I'll have an ice cold beer! El
