Just returned from the annual meeting,...........................

1 Option pricing issue was passed. There was a lot of discussion concerning the issue. The margin was extremely close. One shareholder that attended the meeting could have voted "NO" and the motion would have been defeated. This gentlemen after numerous questions, "abstained" thus the motion passed.

This gentleman certainly had in excess of 200 thousand shares, how many no idea? But the chair of the meeting indicated he had enough to defeat the motion.

2 Revenue for the three months ending December 31, 1999 will be greater then the forecast of 1 million dollars.

3 Stocksecrets.com in its present form is bringing in revenue of 100,000 dollars per month. They are working to update and improve the site including free real time quotes. The delay with the real time quotes is hardware. I spoke with the VP in charge of programing he indicated real time by end of January for sure. We may see something up in a beta form first of January.

4 Look for some changes on "winestore.com".

5 There are 42 full time employee's as of today.

6 They feel the revenue projection of 6 million dollars will be met for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000.

7 They also feel the revenue projection of 12 million will be met for the 18 month period that commenced July 1, 1999.

8 At the moment they are positioning themselves with the retail customer on the inter net. Angus Reid survey says that next year (2000) there will be 1.2 trillion dollars of inter net commerce.

9 They have designed the company's strategy around "direct marketing" techniques. In other words they are applying their 10 years experience in direct marketing to the inter net

10 Another company that previously did direct marketing and rose to become a leader is, CMGI.

11 The company is now looking to expand in the "business to business" area which they feel will be bigger then the individual consumer market.

There were 15 people at the meeting including management and directors. Only three outside shareholders.

All in all very positive future in my opinion. I will stay long on this company for the next year at the very least.
