MSGI, USWB, hi Bryan. You're getting some early buy signals on MSGI from various momentum indicators pulling up from oversold. It's still not clear if this is an actual turn or not. I'd wait at least until it pops 18 on increasing volume and even then I'd be cautious. 21 would then make a good early target and if it holds that break it could make it's way to to low thirties.

USWB, it may try and hold support in the low 34's but seems more likely
to eventually test broader support in the 27, 28 area. This is such a nasty decline that I'd definitely watch for a bottom, a base and a turn up before entering. The only exception would be an intraday play or a dead cat bounce.

Even if this carnage were to end quickly it likely will give a deceptive bounce or two...followed by a fairly long recovery and basing pattern before it regains strength....and that trend could bring it to the lower of the aforementioned numbers. It's too early to (call) a recovery as far as a time frame but my guess is the serious recovery starts around 27. That's when I would feel a little better about the outlook.
