Doug, I do not have time, but before counting on CC, call the company and ask.
Do not trust journalists either it is CC or "dead of ATM in US".
It is so easy to start the rumor, and then people belive what was told them, not what is real.
Call NN and let us know.

Thanks
Zbyslaw

Doug,
about your questions of NN buyout valuations vs Bubble,

I'd say that that most people here discount the LMDS business of NN when trying to evaluate a price.

This business is the most interesting to buy. NN has a big R&D advance in LMDS compared to the big guys.

And everything tagged "Wireless" is these days caught in what seems to be a bigger bubble. So go figure: If NN would only have it's LMDS division and be a startup company, it could be valued a lot more than today.

NN is in trials at many places with LMDS equipment.
People will eventually figure that NN is established as a leader in LMDS.

Buyout value ?
I don't know...
