Mark: Sorry about the biotech blow up. Boy I guess you fly or fry with these things at some point. You blow out a phase of testing and you blow up because the perception -- and perhaps the reality -- is that you are back to square one. We all have our blow ups. But you only need a couple of winners to beat the market. The 4% rule has save many people a great deal of money.
