This time may be different. Retail investors now are setting huge profits on their net stocks. If it is not for capital gain tax liability, I will sell all my top holding CMGI now and move all money into MSFT. The risk is high on net stocks now and MSFT looks like a real bargain.

I am waiting for the Jan. 1, 2000 to come. The tax issue will go away as well as y2k issue. Watch out when new year comes, all the net stock money shift into MSFT.

Are we going to see $200 on MSFT? Who knows. But one thing for sure is that even if MSFT at $200, it is still very cheap comparing with most net stocks, such as YHOO/AOL/EBAY and many many others.

This time retail investors will take charge.

Just my two cents.
