Ivan,

INTU might be a HTF. It's base since doubling falls a bit outside the normally loosened restriction on how tight I consider a flag may be. Also, a rounded top kind of look to it in the last couple weeks would make me cautious.

HOWT falls just within what I'd consider a HTF while Mike C2's API is along the more classic lines.
Then there was JNKN which went from 1 1/4 to 2 1/2 in a couple days, put in a decently tight flag and jumped to 5. Now it's got another decently tight flag. A repeat of the first HTF completion is not as reliable the second time around but it also bears watching.
As far as an IL/ACT being more likely to inhabit a HTF chart...not as far as I've noticed. The flagpole usually comes out of activity that does not allow for an ACT to be laid in.
