I had earlier suggested spinning it off as an IPO. However that concept can only be activated when NN shows an established upturn.

I think that's a good point.
NN sold most of STII to keep only the Wireless and Satellite groups.

The same could apply to NN.
One could :
-Sell the low growth but highly profitable TDM products
-Decide to keep ATM or not
-Decide to keep Wireless or not
-Sell/buy the affiliates that you don't want

Once all of this is figured, there is some $$ to be made
by an eventual NN acquirer.

NN could even sell itself by parts to restore shareholder value. Dreaming...
