Unlike you I plan on holding little if any COMS when the distribution is made,, if even that long. Just looking for $52++ to bail a little. Trading then would be at a double and the 50% remaining would in essense be 'free' ones that can be forgotten until the IPO and just prior to distribution to determine how they will be distributed back into the system ...
