Neat idea but what do you think the distribution would amount to? It's some small fraction of a share for each CPQ share...

Eric-- I agree with you. CPQ gave away the one thing (AV) that many people bought because of. With pieces of all those companies adding to the so called value the stock price still sux. They did nothing for the shareholders with AV and that should be expected on all others. It will not help the share price as no one gives a damn. Everyone (individual investors and institutions) are only listening to what the company has to say. Since nothing comes from there either.. well you get the picture. Sum it up as 'cpq shares suck'. The sad part is, although there are lots dreaming and some praying there is little reason to believe that will change soon...
