No Laz, Please forgive me for not remembering the last time one of your "It's in the Bag"s played out to anything more than a shorters dream.

I was referring to the stated purpose of Paramax. I seem to have read that the JV was started to exploit the Oil and Gas holdings of the Parent firm, PVF. Well Oil and Gas are not Diamonds. That's a fact, admit it or not. It's a matter of focus. Unless you feel focus amounts to the last thing Paulie layed his eyes on.

And Laz I believe in the firm, but have a real hard time when all we get are BS rumors. That's supposed to make us happy? It makes me laugh but I can not say it makes me happy. Eveything you write makes me laugh.

I've been positive about the most recent release. It speaks of production, limited production, but production. I'm not looking for a job with the company Laz, I just post what I think. I have no agenda.

You have a good Holiday Season. Let's all forget this crap for a brief moment and enjoy our lives.

regards,

Yorikke

Hello Laz....
<<It also seems to me that SWG has built a fairly well respected company by JVing every project they get involved with.>>
I suggest you take a closer look at how SWG structures its dealings. Land costs and any asessments are assumed by the JV partner...they put up their cash first then are required to make certain improvements and lay outs...But I whole heartedly agree lets use SWG/CNB for a model and if we vend out property in another JV we should ask for 1 million dollars in expenditures then share the costs on a 50/50 basis after that and keep 50%.
Since the property that was just vended out was .5 carats per meter and we bought into the Rio Do Sono at .3 perhaps we still need a premium.
Remember there is more dealings to come and part of that money was raised by our board selling us PVF during the last run....BTW it was in excess of 250k...but thats nice cause all the options were written down to .30 from a buck for us Rubes to get sucker punched again.
Some how I dont think you would see that type of behavior coming out of SWG board........DD
