I wonder if these guys were in UCLA college of business or law school. Had they been, they would have incorporated and published that NEIP was the object of a raid by a mysterious corporation controlled by wealthy and ambitious middle easterners (Iranians?). Iron clad defense.
One can never tell when a shell corporation will come in handy.
