How about we take it to child vs child. I have known some children who turned out well with no spanking. I have also known of children who have tried to kill their friends with out a clue as to why not. I believe it's a child by child choice. Some need it, some don't. Most of all I believe it has to be constant. No no one time and a spanking the next doesn't cut it.

Actually, that is not what you were doing, CB; but perhaps the difference is too subtle for you as well. Sorry I can't stick around to play today; I have a conference to attend, which leaves the field open for any attacks you are in the mood to mount when you have nothing else to do.
