BECU's Customer Relationship Management

Sagent Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:SGNT), a leading provider of

completion by the Boeing Employees' Credit Union (BECU) of a
comprehensive 90 day, start-to-finish, implementation -- including
business analysis, design planning and installation -- of an eBusiness
Intelligence system. With this new system, the BECU marketing and
operations departments are now provided with real-time access to a
complete view of customer profiles and financial activity history,
enabling improved customer relationship management (CRM).
Based on the Sagent Solution, the BECU member eBusiness
Intelligence system delivers critical data to the market research
department in real-time via the Web, including data associated with
member transactions, check processing, IRA investments, loan activity
and market share history. Using this member information, BECU
marketing employees are able to analyze member activity to devise
targeted, one-to-one marketing campaigns and drive cross-selling and
up-selling initiatives. With Sagent's eBusiness intelligence
solutions, BECU has significantly increased its level of CRM in
approximately two months.
