Les, where is the Nasdaq in all this? it seems to me it is a lot farther ahead in producing the three peaks & domed house formation. if so, perhaps the Dow won't get there. i have looked at all the Dow component's charts, only 7 are in a clear uptrend, 16 are in a downtrend, and 7 look to be neutral or potentially bottoming. of the 7 in a clear uptrend, 5 are making perpendicular blow-off moves.
just imo of course, others might interpret the charts differently. the Dow doesn't HAVE to make a three peaks & a domed house formation...in fact, Favors is anticipating a formation before it has occurred. the Dow may just as well merely make a test of it's top.
