Jane. FWIW, GUMM has a new product on the market called Zicam. It's a new zinc delivery system in the form of a nasal spray. I bought a bottle for $9.95 at Walgreens. It works great. Studies show it can cure the common cold in 1 1/2 days. The spray is more like a thick syrup than a spray. Regardless, it does the job. A couple of sprays in each nostril and your back on your feet in no time. Check it out.
