<We had to put my 8 year old's pet guinea pig> Major bummer:-( My buddy (cat) Gomez died last february when I was In Jackson Wyoming.....I came home and he was dead...I was down bigtime.

Kirk you have the gift of a loving soul and one that obviously has passed on to your children. I remember when a friend lost my cockerpoo "wolfie" when we were on vacation. My Dad took several days off of work to drive up and down the back roads of Morgan Hill searching for my little doggie. I cried on his shoulder the whole time and on the last day when we had no success at the pound I laid in my Dad's lap all the way home and he sang to me while I cried miserably. I knew we wouldn't find him but I had my Daddy to comfort me.

Kirk, that is such a poignant story - and so true. Sadness and happiness, so true of life. You and Lostwife are kind and generous people (and funny!), and that creates your own blessings. Regarding Monopoly, no CD-ROM needed later this year, with the GNET/HAS agreement. You are in the dentist's chair playing the game on your phone, trying to take your mind off your root canal! LOL! Does anyone remember Diplomacy? Now THAT would be a great game to play via the internet.
