NOLBO INC (CHKN) cancelled its IPO and is not sure when it will formally file for withdrawal, per underwriter First Level Capital Inc. XPEDIOR INC (XPDR) priced at $19 for trading next day. MAXYGEN INC (MAXY) priced at $16 for trading next day. MAXYGEN INC (MAXY) increased its number of shares from 5,500,000 to 6,000,000. ONSITE ACCESS INC (OSAX) filed for IPO. LIGHTSPAN PARTNERSHIP INC (LSPN) set its price to $10-$12 and set its number of shares to 7,500,000. INFONET SERVICES CORP (IN) priced at $21 for trading next day. TRUEVISION INTERNATIONAL INC (TRVI, TRVIw, TRVIu) changed its symbol from NASDAQ SC: TRUE, TRUEW, TRUEU to TRVI, TRVIW, TRVIU and changed offering type to units where one unit consists of 2 common shares and 1 warrant, at $18.10 per unit. ONDISPLAY INC (ONDS) increased its price from $11-$13 to $22-$24.
