Mr. Nathan Hansen reports
Owing to the serious health problems of William W. Wagner, the board of directors
of Thermal Control Technologies has determined that Nathan Hansen shall replace
Mr. Wagner as the company's interim president and chief executive officer.
Dale Tuck has been appointed to serve as the company's chairman of the board.
The company also wishes to announce that an interim audit of its financial
statements for the period ending Sept. 30, 1999, will be carried out in the near
future. The recent interim cease trade order issued against the company was the
result of a requirement pursuant to Sections 21 and 165 of the Securities Act of
Alberta.
Current management, with the advice of the board of directors, is preparing the
company to pursue alternatives in order to deal with its creditors and maximize the
value of the company to shareholders.

To all,
I just looked at the short position for TCT and as of December 15th, 1999 there is 329,500 shares shorted. An increase of 100,000 in the last two weeks. With the stock being halted and obviously not trading until they can get there problems sorted out it could be a very interesting reopening of the stock.
Hopefully everyone has a good Christmas and the stock is back trading before the new year.
