Do you know where one can find a chart of the old Melita stock?

Isn't that a red flag when management is the majority owner -- i.e. public shareholders have no power?

From SEC filings, eshare revenues (before the Melita takeover) were in the area of $10,000 per year. Aren't you being a little aggressive in projecting the penetration of the internet side of the business?
