I have been clueless about this stock's action for the past two weeks. Lately I have seen at least three stocks look very lethargic for several days for no reason only to pop up by 20 points in the span of 1-3 days. Are the market makers just moving the price down and taking out stops as they go down to accumulate inventory? Just one speculation. Now perhaps they are picking up some tax selling from uninformed investors.

Well, I received my WM2K game yesterday. And the stock hit $31 today. But I'm not going to comment about short-term TA ;o)

Sigmund-

I like TMAX's outlook. They seem to be having a good quarter, and a lot of their products are getting great reviews and strong publicity (and good sales, too). The problem with many of the smaller toy stocks right now is that many people who bought on the Pokémania are sitting on big losses, and there's tax-loss selling. If TMAX's current quarter and next quarter are very good, the stock should have a great outlook. If not, I'll probably sell it and chalk it up to great products and poor management. I have a feeling that TMAX's strategy of building a strong portfolio of diversified products is starting to work. I've always thought that TMAX would be a good buy for JAKK. I doubt it will happen, but it would be accretive and complimentary to JAKK's business. I'm patient. I bought more of each recently.
