If they were unrestricted shares why would they need a offering memorandum/IPO in the first place. Did you read it? newly issued shares without a ticker symbol. What kind of offering was this? If it was a reg s it should have stated so. What was the market value at the time? This is my favorite page. fortunecity.com notice you can even pick up your shares at the BeStway office nearest you. Cragun is at both ends. Now lets talk about the 10sb. it was filed on nov. 19th. Its now Dec 16th and if it does not come this week I would start getting worried. Tobins company and is part of ZSUN. They did the publishing for Titan Motorcycle. Also make sure you go down to the bottom of the page and review the rest of the fraud. Amber and Chequemate phony photo's are too funny. Are you saying that they are real? Now you take the pages upon pages of documented information that has been posted on this very board. The last thing I want to talk about is the ponography issue. Did you read everything I posted? Was I right? I am being accused of saying ZSUN officers were involved in pornography. Were they? Coachman, you are wrong. A copy of the brokerage statement shows a date of 7/25/99 for Bestway USA (Trade Date). The price paid was $4.50. Those shares were from that private placement which they called it a IPO. The shares were also restricted and that my friend is not even mentioned in the offering memorandum. The statement does not even show a symbol. How can that be since it was a publicly traded stock? fortunecity.com They even gave a deal off the $5 IPO price. What are friends for?
