Integral, shorting a stock? Nah, I would never do it. It's so unamerican <gg>. Joking aside, I think it's a nice combination. Most likely the convergence of KANA and ESHR market caps will be a result of KANA coming down and ESHR going up.

In absolute terms, it's harder to argue that ESHR is undervalued

I'd like to think of it in the new economy terms. We need some measuring stick to benchmark, and instead of defining it myself, I better rely on market date. Sure that will change but that's another story altogether.

OK, so $250 for ESHR is wishful thinking, how about $50? or $100? <g>
