>>Now for the most inmportant question....what valid reason is there for not using a code that is fast simple and direct? Give the good folks out ther that move your stock picks an answer.

FWIW, here's my answer, not necessarily representative of anyone else here.

What I use this thread for is three things in order of importance:
1) To read posts from other people that give me good leads on stocks. This thread is loaded with great posters (especially Kimberly).
2) To throw out my own ideas and get responses from people that will either confirm my opinions (so I buy more) or show me I'm being stupid (so I sell, although sometimes I'm too pigheaded to listen).
3) To occasionally pound the table on a stock that I feel strongly about so that others can join the ride (assuming they want to). When I do that, I'm not trying to create momentum, which is good because I suspect that I don't generate any.

#2 and 3 don't mean anywhere near as much to me as #1 does, so I don't even do much posting here anymore during trading hours.

Therefore, my biggest reason for not wanting a code is that I want to be able to keep up easily with what is going on on the thread. It is hard enough to read and understand all of these posts, as it is. It will be even harder if I have to worry about whether it is in code or not.

Anyway, I'm going to bed.
Hope you have a good night.
