Aqua Vie Receives Corporate Approval for U.S. Wal-Mart Stores

KETCHUM, Idaho, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas Gillespie, president and chief executive officer of Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:
AVBC - news), announced today that the company has received head office approval for product to be carried in all Wal-Mart stores and Supercenters in the U.S.,
beginning in January 2000.

With headquarters in Bentonville, Ark., as of November 30, 1999, Wal-Mart had 1,803 Wal-Mart stores, 682 Supercenters, and 457 Sam's Clubs in the United
States. Internationally, the company operates a total of 985 units located in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. The
company also participates in joint ventures for the operation of stores in China and Korea.
