Tom -

I understood that ESHR got MSPG contract....did KANA as well?

...."Since its September IPO, Kana has also announced major deals. This month alone, Kana has been chosen as the online e-commerce platform for clothing retailer J. Crew. Mindspring (Nasdaq: MSPG), a national ISP, also chose Kana to manage its online customer communications.".... (from the recent Red Herring article talking about this market segment: redherring.com )

Have you spoken to management at all in your DD process?

TIA

I was in OZEMY when there was a similar situation. The biggest ISP in Australlia was trading at a massive discount to Mindspring and Earthlink, and paying a dividend too. It took an appearance from some analyst on CNN businessline to mention it before it started rockin'. I got out of that one too early - I think it was bought by MCI in the end. So I'm sure something will happen here. Either others in the business sector will fall 80% or so or ESHR will rise 400%. I think the answer will lie somewhere between the two. But on the otherhand I thought the same would happen with OZEMY and MSPG meeting in the middle somewhere - but MSPG kept going up - so who knows. Strange thing this "new economy".
I've been trading some of the stock, but I put the stuff I got at $4 aside for some long term capital gains. What to do with the rest?
