I don't find that all too alarming. Tech stocks seem to sell-off towards the end of the first qtr, then rise a bit and then slide after the second qtr earnings are out. There is just no news or earnings to drive them which leads to buying opportunities in the late stages of the third qtr for the Christmas - post october run. I know it's a simplistic view but that just seems to be the way the market has been over the past few years.
