Not only do I get your point:

To make a very long story short; the trend is that ICT-activities are leaving the company. Out-sourcing is one way of doing, ASP is another. And don't forget the data-centers.<

That is pretty much the point that I made when the analysts on the panel could not identify a "name brand" company that has embraced the ISP model. I suggested that the first big companies to get on board would be those who already have experience with outsourcing their IT and/or data center. That makes companies like IBM, EDS and CSC look like potential conduits for moving their outsource-IT clients to an ASP model. Once you are comfortable with an outside vendor providing these services on-site, you begin to covet the real estate they occupy. If you have them move their operations back to their own buildings, you can call them an ASP.
