It's a penny stock, what did you expect? A great deal of the OTC-BB NASDAQ issues have extremely large numbers of shares and they're traded in large blocks due to the price. It's a totally different world from the main exchanges. I like to look at them by dividing the share number by 100 and multiplying the price by the same factor. This gives you ~7.7M total, ~2.2M float and a 52-week price range of $0.44 to $37.50, currently $15.00. Looks a bit more reasonable now, doesn't it?
