Doug it isn't in my opinion corrupt. Gold was a stable factor a base. The present trend of tech due to it's very nature cannot be held on that base we would be bankrupt and could not possibly experience the advances we have been achieving at the rate we have achieved.
The courts will settle the disputes with GATA so i refrain from addressing that .
What i will address is to me very clear that the FED has put themselves in a horrible position. Without constant cash flow the economy can't generate as it is now and on the same foot the dollar can't help but loose it's value, if only due to the amount of dollars that are being pumped out to facilitate the growth in tech. The interest rate cannot be raised to make borrowing prohibitive or you will have no economic growth in tech and this is still the main source of income in my opinion future.
History will show the outcome but I fear how it will be answered. I firmly believe we will have about five or six years where we will see continued growth and then all will boomerang on us.
