I looked back at the one year chart. ONXX has done this several times before; good for a gain of about $1 to $2 each time (roughly 12 to 25%). As you pointed out, resistance at 9, then next heavy resistance at about 10. The trading range seems to have tightened somewhat over the last several months, to between roughly 7 and 8.
