Sure wish takeover premium would disappear. Maybe Flint can clean up the financials, focus the employees properly to a limited set of products (how to get TM out of his hair will be a challenge here), get service and manufacturing outsourced, and build a lean and mean organization. Then a year from now he may have a solid company. Has anyone ever seen any conflict of interest questions raised about how both TM and NN own part of company X, when TM owns so much of NN? For example, that Crosskeys company that recently had news.
