Good Morning John, I agree with you that Microsoft will be splitting again in 2000 as it begins lift off like the space shuttle. Did you see that another digruntled business in Europe is complaining about Microsoft being a monopoly?? Although the Nasdaq is strong I would like to see the overall Dow and the broad market participate. The Fed can take those damn bonds and their irrational inflation fear crap and shove it. Thursday December 16 8:20 AM ET EU Told to See If Microsoft Abused Position By Amelia Torres BRUSSELS (Reuters) - A European court on Thursday said the European Commission was wrong to dismiss a French software wholesaler's complaint against Microsoft, possibly opening a new regulatory battle for the U.S. giant. The Court of First Instance, the European Union's lower court, said the Commission failed to consider Micro Leader Business' allegations that Microsoft Corp had abused a dominant position when it took steps to prevent the French firm from purchasing lower priced software in Canada for resale in France. I would like to respond in a very logical, unemotional and intelligent manner regarding this latest allegation against Microsoft. As a major shareholder fed up with all the ridiculous and frivolous assaults against Microsoft they can all kiss Microsoft's ass!!! Frank
