The time has come for the small cap stocks to gain attention in this market. Sector analysis suggests that the middleware market, the "L2i" market within which INTF has positioned itself is ready to explode.

Over the past six months INTF has strategically positioned itself with partners the likes of ADP, IBM, Transpoint, Oracle and BCE Emergis. These are but a few of the companies that will be channeling business to INTF over the coming quarters. In essence, it is like having several additional sales forces preaching the benefits of INTF without the built in cost of running a larger in-house sales team. This strategy is most beneficial as it enhances revenues without the associated costs.

In addition, with the freeze on Y2K software purchases about to end, one can expect that the flow of additional orders from those prospects deep in the pipeline will begin to materialize.

We remain aggressive buyers of INTF and will be filing an amended 13-G which will illustrate an increase in our holdings in the near future. Others we have spoken to have done the same and the longer term shareholders have been holding their shares with a few buying more. This is most reassuring as those who have been through the ups and downs of INTF in the past are understanding the changes which inherently will make their continued wait worthwhile.
