Is anybody surprised that the merger is "on hold" and both parties have agreed to release the other party from the merger? Is anybody surprised the Tony Cataldo is going to continue to be President of EINI even though he claimed that the only reason he became president was to see the inside workings of EINI before agreeing to a merger? Is anybody surprised that the even thought they claim the merger if off because of union conflicts, MVEE plans to contunue to use EINI's services. It sure helps to have an officer at both companies. Didn't somebody say awhile back that the MVEE/EINI merger announcement could just be a means of hyping the stock price? Well, that didn't exactly work out.
