Auric, a couple of questions regards INOW. Is your problem with INOW related to the bloated valuation, confirmed by yesterday's financing at $5.33 per share, or its DH Blair past? I got into INOW at $3 earlier this year and have since exited, so I am not looking to pick a fight. I'm just curious as to the reasons for your comments. I personally think the stock ends back in the $7 to $9 range the next time the market corrects.

The company has undergone a significant transformation since Blair took them out and Blair is no longer one of their market makers. They have a blue chip roster of clients and a former McKinsey guy running the company. I never got the sense that management actually pumped the stock; most of the press releases have been pretty low key. They have generally delivered on what they have promised.

As for the sales by Stuart Fullinwider, while he is a director, he is an outside director and a read of the proxy materials would seem to indicate that his primary occupation is that of an investor. His original position of 410,000 shares were acquired at an average price of $1.57 and he sold his 70,000 shares in late November at an average price of $9.16, half of what he could have gotten at yesterday's high. He has to be feeling like an idiot.
