Today's news says two thirds of the Cadets at the Denver police academy admit to using illegal drugs. We advertise booze as the legal fun way to polute yourself like it was soda pop at an amusement park. War on drugs, chaaa rieeght. War on the kid with a joint in his pocket maybe but only to keep the funding in place. We've been kidding ourselves on this one for several decades now. It aint going no place.
