Added some VERT at 123. I believe this is going to do a CMGI on this simple premise. . . they own many many B2B companies/websites. . . and once they spin off the first in an IPO. . .investors will recognize that they will soon spin off many many more. I believe the IPO spinoffs will start first quarter 2000. . .which means that they could announce any time. . . when they do, the thing should really take off. . .with or without us. . . . .

So I am playing the position based on that future event. . .but am holding long-term through April on general possibilities. . . .this company is sort of AMZN and sort of CMGI in the B2B biz. Hard to beat. . .and I believe fund managers are drooling over it. . .but have been looking for a lower price. . . if they get it, I doubt it will be under $100. . . so buying near $120 has little downside risk, in my opinion. . .yet upside with splits, etc could be substantial.
