I thought that Wizner's post hit a new low for innuendo and misinformation. I was never a fan of Brian Mulroney - however hs has been exonerated of all allegations - the RCMP may still be investigating him - but the presumption of innocence should prevail in our society. And some of these worthy folks wonder why Barrick is holding meetings with analysts to answer this crap, about hedging.? I guess the answer for them is to roll over and play possum, turn the other cheek, etc. But, no, the motive behind all this stuff is to try to force Barrick to buy back its hedges and thereby somehow drive up the POG - in other words to manipulate (that word again!) Barrick into submission.
