As Heinz and Peter (I think) have pointed out, its kind of hard to buck the money flow from the Fed. So everytime we let off a little steam, we resume this huge rally. I have no idea where it ends. I'm cash playing short little moves right now. On the one hand, I can't in good conscience go longterm long, but on the other hand, I would be broker than the ten commandments trying to go short. For now it is the age of the daytrader and the 1 minute charts.

Matt, the mania lives on for now. But for how much longer? Thank Santa Claus for the rally.

I gave up playing stocks on the short side over these last few months; just way too hard in this mega-bull market. Indexes drop below various supports for two days and just when you think it's safe to short *WHAM* a rally.

I hate to say it, but the real safe plays might just be the commodity markets. LOL. ;)
