I agree completely. declines don't begin with selling...they begin with a lack of buyers, and bids drying up...as you said.

I guess you must be talking about professional trading. My NDB account is not reporting any executions anymore, and this is a normal day. I use that account for gold stocks so I'm not worried about accessibility problems too much. Juice bars like NDB and Etrade will be down for days on end when the BK hits.
