Hi Joe:
Reading between the lines, I think Stampede fumbled the ball in dealing with the public consultation part of this process. They also had the additional bad luck of running into a knowledgeable and well funded group of interveners. Recently both Startech and Canadian 88 have been given the go a head for wells in areas at least as contentious as this. I hope Jack and the boys do a better job next time around!
