Stephen, if you are familiar with Isenberg's work, you have a leg up on the topic already. The recent Denton piece is primarily about cable, but QoS and mixed services over IP are covered in the latter half of the paper. He notes the options of invoking QoS versus over-supplying bandwidth at one point, which denotes the two differing schools of thought on the topic. Frank
