LOL! CSCO just admitted it would have to restate it's accounts due to the pooling of interests accounting being questioned by the SEC, and no-one even thinks about exercising some caution...i remember times when p/e's of 100 were unthinkable. i also remember how the p/e of the Nikkei in '89 was the subject of much incredulity in the U.S. and elsewhere. now that we have bested the Nikkei mania in every respect, the p/e's have become part of the new era, i.e. they must be ignored...
