DRYD--It is rumored that DRYD's reverse-merger negotiations with Vista is a done deal and may be announced soon. I have no solid verification of this, but the volume and price are up this morning.

<"A rolling stone gathers no....?"> MOSS ?? Thanks CIMA buying now.

Why? 5 min of DD shows me:

- LOL it makes a word.

- it's on the bottom - willy% just turned up - it sees .75 easily lately.

- filed SB10 as per Nov 4 news:

biz.yahoo.com

"The Company had previously filed a Form 10-SB earlier this year, however withdrew it from SEC review and refiled in order to
treat the acquisition of Lantana Peat and Soil as a reverse acquisition."

- Dec 7 news has broad impact date of first 1/2 of 2000, for a new plant which will quadruple their production, and at the same time cut their overhead and expense.

biz.yahoo.com

"Lantana Peat and Soil, a subsidiary of The American Group, Inc., plans to officially move its operations from its
current location in Boynton Beach, Florida to the new state-of-the-art facility near Homestead, Florida in the 1st half of 2000. This
new highly efficient custom soil blending facility will increase hourly production by as much as four times its current production
capacity and significantly decrease hourly labor needs and expenses.

Plus:

"Torland, also a wholly-owned subsidiary of The
American Group, owns approximately 5,000 acres, or 3 trillion cubic feet of sphagnum peat bogs in Quebec Province, Canada.
The Torland bogs have an estimated $400 million in reserve potential. They will be able to supply Lantana Peat and Soil with
sphagnum peat well into the next century. Torland also owns and operates at its Canadian operation a processing and shipping
facility.

Have not read SB10 yet, will soon, know how many shares out?
